You’ve made your choice, and it’s time to celebrate! Once you approve the final design, I’ll get busy crafting your Brand Style Guide and preparing all your logos and icons. Plus, I’ll send your beautiful business cards off to print, so you can start sharing your stunning new look!

BRANDING & LOGO FAQ’S

You'll receive 3 unique logo concepts based on our initial discussion. From there, you can choose your favourite, and we'll work together to tweak it to perfection.
Before I even start designing, I spend at least an hour with you to discuss your likes and dislikes and to learn about you and your business. We’ll go through various questions and even create a mood board together to ensure I'm headed in the right direction. Feel free to ask me as many questions as you’d like and share your inspirations. By the end of our session, we should both feel confident that we’re on track to create something amazing!
I offer up to 2 rounds of changes to make sure you're happy with the design. I do appreciate receiving feedback in a timely manner so we can keep your project on track and respect the time I have for other clients and my family. If you need additional changes beyond that, we’ll discuss and I will need to provide a quote. Full redesigns that move away from the original brief we created together will also be re-quoted.
Yes! I can create additional branding materials like letterheads, social media templates, or email signatures. Let me know what you need, and we can create a custom package. If you need further graphic design or brand management after your new brand has been created and implemented, then check out my Brand Management Package here
Your initial discovery call or meeting is completely free and lasts for an hour, with no obligations. If you decide to proceed, I’ll send you a contract and quote to review. Once it’s signed and I receive a 30% deposit, I’ll get started on your project. The remaining balance is due before I send the final files and order your complimentary business cards. If you prefer a payment plan, you can pay the 30% deposit and then split the remaining balance into smaller payments of your choice. Just keep in mind that all work and designs will remain my property until full payment is received.
