    I’m thrilled to work with you! Let’s kick things off with a ‘First Date’ chat where we can get to know each other. I’ll answer all your burning questions and dive into the details of your amazing brand. Together we’ll build a brief to work from.

  • PLAN FOR SUCCESS

    I’ll create a 6-month strategy that outlines your goals and objectives. Then we’ll create a month-by-month roadmap detailing key tasks, campaigns, and timelines. I’ll implement the essential tools and give you access to a dashboard for tracking.

  • THEN MONTH BY MONTH

    Each month, I’ll send you progress updates and any content for approval before publishing. Working remotely means a dedicated focus on your marketing, with easy access via phone, email, or chat. At month’s end, I’ll send a detailed report on progress and results to keep us on track.

  • FLEXIBLE PACKAGES & BILLING

    Ideally, we get the best results when we work together for at least 6 months, however, sometimes you just need something set up or a campaign run. In any case, I can tailor a package to suit you with monthly recurring billing or a frequency that suits you.

  • Yes, I’ll need access to your existing content, images, and branding materials. This will help ensure that all marketing efforts are cohesive and reflective of your brand.

  • Flexibility is key! If your priorities shift or new opportunities arise, we can adjust our strategy accordingly during our monthly meetings. I'm a firm believer in adapting to meet your challenges and this is no different. We'll schedule some time and go over what needs to change.

  • While digital marketing like email newsletters and blogs aren't included in the social media management package, I can still offer guidance and recommendations. If you'd prefer to just work with one marketing expert on both digital marketing and social media marketing, I can offer both together. See next FAQ.

  • Amazing, If you choose to work with me for both digital marketing and social media marketing, you’ll receive a 15% discount off the second package (the one of lesser value). This ensures you receive consistent messaging across all platforms. Plus, you’ll only need to contact one person for all your marketing needs, streamlining your communication and enhancing efficiency. Check out my social media management here

  • Absolutely, I'm all about flexibility. This is just the most popular option. If you'd like less or more just send me an email and we can chat to see where you're at and I can then give you a custom quote.

  • No! In fact, I don't want them. I send you an invite to link with my social media management system and once you accept, I have all the access I need. My passwords stay as my passwords, yours stay as yours and I don't get all your notifications on my phone all the time. Safer, happier business owners.

  • No, general emails, phone calls, and chats are excluded within reason. However, if we need to have conversations that last longer than 5 minutes every 10 minutes or if email chains become excessively lengthy, I will need to allocate some of the monthly time to this. I have a limited number of hours each day, and my goal is to ensure effective and efficient communication—quality, not quantity.

  • Your initial discovery meeting is complimentary and lasts for one hour, with no obligations. If you choose to move forward, I’ll provide a contract and quote for your review. Payments are due on the 1st of each month in advance for that month’s services. If you prefer weekly or fortnightly payment options, just ask, and I’ll let you know what’s possible. I do offer a 1 month cooling off period, so if you are unhappy within the first month, you can exit your 6 month commitment prior to paying the 2nd months fee.
